Fast Grad Academy is specifically designed for individuals ready to invest time and effort to achieve tangible results, rather than those looking to “try out” our offerings.
Your Membership
Your membership grants you access to exclusive educational resources and a supportive community for networking. By purchasing Fast Grad Academy, you will be charged a one-time fee of $100 for the Early Bird Special or $150 for the standard price. You will receive an electronic receipt after the successful transaction.
Personal Information
We collect only the username and email address you provide. This information is not shared with any third parties. We implement reasonable practices to ensure the confidential storage and handling of personal information. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. The Website Policies and Terms and Conditions may be updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to stay informed about changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Method of Payment, Card Types Accepted, and Currency
We accept payments online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards in USD (or any other agreed currency).
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Fast Grad Academy will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Minnesota and the US.
Refund/Return Policy
As a general principle, we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services due to the digital nature of our resources and the significant investment we make in creating, maintaining, and delivering high-quality content.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional circumstances may arise that warrant consideration on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation calls for an exception to our refund policy, please contact our support team.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Fast Grad Academy membership at any time by logging into your membership portal and updating your preferences.

User Generated Content Policy
Fast Grad Academy strictly prohibits the upload, distribution, or dissemination of any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to review and remove any User Generated Content that violates these guidelines or the spirit of these guidelines without prior notice.
Content Moderation and Reporting
Fast Grad Academy employs a combination of automated and human content moderation measures to review and filter User Generated Content to ensure compliance with these terms. Users may also report objectionable content for review through the platform’s built-in reporting features.
Abusive Behavior and Consequences
Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination towards other users will not be tolerated. Violation of these terms will result in immediate corrective action, up to and including account termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota and the US.

Fast Grad Academy is founded by John Zheng. Please note that the LLC is not yet formed.
